Casino Rocket KYC Verification Process
Casino Rocket verifies accounts to confirm the player’s identity, residential address, and payment method. The check is triggered by a first withdrawal, higher-value transactions, a change in account details, or a risk flag from payment and fraud controls.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must be unexpired, show the full name and date of birth, and be readable edge-to-edge (no cropped corners or glare). Casino Rocket may request a selfie or short video holding the ID to match the face to the document.
- Address proof: Provide a document that shows your full name and current address, dated within the last 90 days. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), bank statement, or a government letter. Screenshots and edited PDFs get rejected; the file needs to be a full document with issue date visible.
- Payment method: The required proof depends on how you deposit. For bank cards, Casino Rocket asks for a photo of the card with the middle digits covered (leave the first 6 and last 4 visible) and the cardholder name visible; cover the CVV. For e-wallets, they request a screenshot or PDF showing the account owner name and the wallet ID or email. For bank transfers, they request a bank statement or transfer confirmation that shows the sender’s name and IBAN/account number.
Timing depends on how complete the upload is. A clean submission is reviewed within 24 hours; requests that need manual follow-up (unclear images, mismatched names, address changes) take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals stay on hold until KYC is approved, and Casino Rocket may ask for updated documents if older files no longer meet the date limits.
Current state: Casino Rocket runs KYC at withdrawal or when account/payment changes trigger a check, with review time ranging from same day to three business days depending on document quality and consistency.
